Sorry for not posting on Tuesday. Here is Tuesday’s pre-lesson question: What do the two Presidential candidates need to do at the town hall style debate, (where audience members ask them questions,) to show that they have the qualities of good leadership? What do they need to include in the content of their answers? How does their demeanor need to appear? What do they need to avoid doing?

After that question we took the quiz over Act II.

Wednesday I was gone at a conference in Iowa City. I left the 1970 film version of Julius Caesar. There were no notes required from this viewing.

Today (Thursday) the pre-lesson question is: Write down your reaction to the film version of Caesar. The good, the bad, and the ugly. Explain your thoughts- why. What would you change if you were making the film? Why?

After that we went over how to properly use quotes when answering an essay question, and I also handed out a worksheet with extra credit essay options.

Afterwards we began reading Act III.

I have also decided that I will exempt your lowest quiz score from Caesar from your final grade.
